At just 26 years old, Kubi Springer was ‘Head of Marketing & Brand Communications’ for the MOBO Awards. Kubi ran the entire marketing department and secured/worked on sponsorship and partnership deals with: Western Union, L’Oreal Paris, HMV, Lloyds TSB, BEBO, Galaxy FM and BBC to name but a few.
In 2006 Kubi Springer was engaged to deliver the partnership deals for England Footballer Rio Ferdinand on his ITV programme “World Cup Windups”.

In 2003-2004 Kubi Springer worked with Justin Timberlake’s choreographers Eddie Morales and Marty Kudelka to deliver an experiential campaign. This fun event enabled ‘wanna-be Justin’ dancers and artists to learn the moves from his top choreographers. The event was carried through Justin Timberlake’s “Justified European Tour” sponsored by McDonalds.
In 1999 – 2001 Kubi Springer worked under PR guru Rachel B on the MTV Lick Party Tour, delivering the event across the UK and Europe.
Kubi Springer came up with the concept of the ‘MOBO Take Over’ campaign. This 1-week experiential campaign was delivered in HMV’s UK flag-ship store and received press coverage in OK! Magazine, Pride, Metro and Kiss FM to name but a few.
Kubi Springer worked as a marketing consultant for Citybunker (in-door golf venue) to secure the partnership deal with Blackberry and execute the ‘Blackberry Golf Challenge’.
Kubi Springer worked back stage as part of the 2001 New York Fashion Week, helping to manage the Press Room and Talent Area.
